More Room to Say Yes
For more than four decades, Black Hills Pregnancy Center has been here for women and families. Now, the need for that support is growing.
The Need
For more than 40 years, Black Hills Pregnancy Center has provided free, confidential support to women and families across the Black Hills region facing an unplanned pregnancy. Today we operate out of just 3,000 square feet, serving 400+ women and families each year, a number that keeps growing. That growth has outpaced our space. When every appointment slot is full, we sometimes have to ask a woman who needs us right now to wait, or come back another day. In this work, timing can be everything.
The Plan
The Legacy of Life Campaign will raise $3 million to build a new facility, one built for the need we see every day. The new space adds counseling and exam rooms, an expanded ultrasound suite, and dedicated room for parenting and life-skills education.
The Impact
When this campaign is complete, BHPC will have the room to say yes more often: more appointments, shorter wait times, and expanded programs that support families through pregnancy and into parenthood.
